Your car service is open from 8am to 5pm without lunch break - 5 days a week? Its Scheduled Operating Time is 9h x 5day = 45 hours per week.

Scheduled Operating Time, is the total time a factory or a machine is scheduled to operate. In case this was 100% of the time in one year, it would be equal to Total Time. However, in most cases, weekends, breaks, working shifts are subtracted to Total Time to calculate a more accurate representation of availability.
For OEE it is typical to work with Scheduled Operating Time.
