Driving Growth and Process Efficiency in Innovative Manufacturing
To meet our rapidly growing customer demand we needed to boost our production volumes. oConsulting successfully assisted with adapting and implementing methods for performance management, problem solving, and improving process capability and output.
Being an experienced OPEX coach myself, I was looking for an efficient approach to bring my team to GB level. oConsulting designed a custom and very lean “blended” learning experience, which perfectly met my need!Web-based trainings were combined with project progress reviews. The following web-sessions combined selected tools with project progress reviews. My team is finishing their projects with very good results.
At Acino we’ve started working with oConsulting some years ago when they supported us conducting a comprehensive opportunity assessment leading to a number of improvement projects, accompanied – the case given – by White Belt and Green Belt trainings. Working with oConsulting hands-on bringing operations to the next level and training our people helped us achieve tangible results. While very professional, the oConsultants I have worked with have the heart at the right spot, are reliable and flexible partners and really fun to work with.
At Octapharma we identified that Lean Leadership was a missing element for success in our deployment of Operational Excellence. With the consultants of oConsulting we created and executed a program including a mix of lean leadership training sessions and individual management coaching at all our Operations sites bringing operational leadership to the next level.
Does this also apply to validation batches? Starting point of our roundtable: The traditional three batches for validation is often too many and sometimes too few. The discussion around the traditional three batches is the tip of the iceberg.
