Her passion is seeing people and teams achieve more than they thought possible. Yes, speed and results are always high on her agenda!
From his college years and early career in California to his home turf in Greece, Gabriel is used to blue skies, but he is also ready to deal with an earthquake or wildfire out of the blue. He never gets tired of travel and being a private pilot helps him navigate in any complex environment. In his engagements he quickly zooms in from a bird’s eye perspective to the smallest detail to discover new improvement opportunities. Coupled with his analytical skills and love to acquire knowledge and passing it on, make consulting Gabriel’s natural habitat.
Talking about statistics, there is only one per thousand people who is a polyglot and guess what: James is one of them! Fluent in English, German, Japanese, French and Dutch he is a master of communication and interactions. Through his lifelong experience with a broad range of cultures and business experience, he has a unique ability to observe where people are not grasping the situation at hand. As a trainer, this ability helps him to quickly recognize where a learning point has not been understood. Karsten loves hiking – the longer the distance, the better. People enjoy to be guided by him: at a good pace through deep valleys, encouraged by his spirit though steep and stony highlands.
He also knows the best path through factory grounds. There, he feels at home as plant layouts are his maps and manufacturing controls are the compass to reach the destination together with his team. No matter how difficult or technical the environment, he is fond of working together with people and never loses his grounding.
Since Katarina snatched her first electric saw from her uncle’s woodshop, you’ll find her surrounded with all kinds of tools and collections of wooden planks. According to Katharina, eating lettuce is just wasted time. Katharina takes her energy from getting to know more about our blue planet, it’s people, their habits and their various processes. With her scientific mindset, Katharina’s passion is understanding what really helps people and developing just the right tool for them. Due to her persistence she is always there to implement the next improvement!

Not only with his son, Matthias’ passion is to transfer wisdom and knowledge and see other people growing. He loves to build capabilities in organizations. Merle has a natural gift of balancing rules with charm. Converting ideas to invoices, she even manages our consultants on their chase for the next improvement. Her way of linking entrepreneurial thinking with real-life support spreads from our Hamburg office to the world.
Sven spends all his free time sailing around Scandinavia. He loves fresh wind and all kinds of weather. Both, at high seas and in manufacturing his teams rely on his fast and systematic way of observing, his consensus-based goal development and his way of pragmatically implementing change. Change to Sven means working with the crew and with the captain. With Sven you dare to go for new destinations.
