TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

 

Our classic Green Belt course teaches the basic methods to understand, analyze and improve processes. For improvement experts, process developers, quality experts, supply chain and production optimizers - for everyone who helps shape production systems and leads the improvement. Our trainers train those Lean and Six Sigma methods that are most effective from our experience. You will also acquire the required statistical skills.​​​

 

 

CORE FACTS

 2 days preparation with interactive eLearnings - basics and exercises

 

 A total of 64 hours of training with our lean trainer: 4 hours online, 4 afternoons per week, 4 weeks in total

 

 Deliver a Green Belt project and hand-in story board

 

 Certification as Lean Green Beelt

 

A course building on 100% digital learning, and on solving a case study. You will be discussing your challenges in a group. You will learn to apply new skills to work more systematically. ​

PATH TO CERTIFICATION

You need to lead and finish a Green Belt Project. Doing so, you will learn so much!
In total you will work for 2-3 days with our fun eLearnings, self-paced and when it fits you best.
You will join 16 sessions at 4 hours with one of our trainers. You can discuss all your questions and challenges.
You have to pass an exam. Sorry! However, thus we can ensure that your certificate will show you are really qualified.
We will sign the non-disclosure agreement with your company. Of course!
You will receive your ISO & ASQ certificate by email that is highly regarded by globally leading companies.

INFO ON THE COURSE​

 

  • For each training workshop, we provide you with digital eLearning to familiarize yourself with specific topics. This means you can learn at your own pace, when it suits you best and you will have a lot of fun. Because our eLearnings are interactive and experience-based.

  • You will receive access to our digital learning management system.

  • The training workshops will be led by one of oConsulting's consultants and practical trainers. You will be able to benefit from a lot of experience and gain new perspectives.

  • Our focus is on helpful personal feedback and topic-specific coaching.

  • We will set dates as it will fit your teams best.
