- Transfer data onto cards or post-it notes
- Group the cards to find the “affinity”
- Label the groups of cards
- Group the Clusters (Optional)
- Draw the diagram
- Combine ideas into solutions
Practitioner’s Tip: To avoid long discussions, try the following: Whilst grouping the ideas, the participants are not allowed to talk to each other.
