Driving Growth and Process Efficiency in Innovative Manufacturing
To meet our rapidly growing customer demand we needed to boost our production volumes. oConsulting successfully assisted with adapting and implementing methods for performance management, problem solving, and improving process capability and output.
Being an experienced OPEX coach myself, I was looking for an efficient approach to bring my team to GB level. oConsulting designed a custom and very lean “blended” learning experience, which perfectly met my need!Web-based trainings were combined with project progress reviews. The following web-sessions combined selected tools with project progress reviews. My team is finishing their projects with very good results.
At Acino we’ve started working with oConsulting some years ago when they supported us conducting a comprehensive opportunity assessment leading to a number of improvement projects, accompanied – the case given – by White Belt and Green Belt trainings.
